The race to become Miss Student takes place mainly, like in the industry, off the stage. Contestants are able to gain points through their own creativity by expanding their social network, their sales ability and the accumulative votes cast for them.

Only those with the highest number of points will earn the right to take to the runway and show their modelling flair to the world at one of London’s premier VIP hot spots.

There will be semi-finals in which ten girls will be selected from all the major universities of London, to represent them at the final. These will be glamorous events, with canapés and model scouts as well as that all important runway. Expect to see celebrities and sports personalities as well as giveaways from our sponsors.

Contestants will be on stage one time only where they will introduce themselves, walk down the runway and answer one question. They will be judged based on their poise, charisma and answers by one of our modelling agency partners.

The contestant with the best cumulative points from the pre-show activities and shows will be crowned Miss Student London followed by the 1st and 2nd runner up. There will be prizes also for Miss photogenic (based on the pictures submitted) and Miss Entrepreneurial (the contestant with the highest number of pre-show points). All finalists will receive goodie bags from our sponsors.

The Prize:

Being crowned Miss Student will entitle the winner to a number of prizes and opportunities: A modelling contract with a top agency, a professional photo shoot with a top photographer, a VIP summer holiday for two to Ibiza including VIP access to all the clubs, £500 cash & £500 donated to a charity of your choice, and a whole host of goodies from our sponsors, including vouchers, clothing, jewellery & cosmetics.
